14-Day Right of Withdrawal

At SmartDailyShop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Consumers purchasing products online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable Norwegian consumer law.

The withdrawal period normally begins the day after you receive your order.

Please do not return any products before contacting us.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us.

The product should be returned in appropriate condition. You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose and its value has been reduced, we may be entitled to deduct the reduction in value from the refund where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order information and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue.

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

You may not be required to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will provide appropriate instructions after reviewing your request.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.

Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

• Certain sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we have received your withdrawal request and, where applicable, the returned product, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
